Insomnia (انسومنیا)
Ye ek neend ka marz hai. Muskil se neend ka aana ya bohot jaldi uth jana aur dobara neend mehsoos na hona.
Causes (وجوہات)
- Stress (تناؤ): Maali pareshaniyan, kaam ka dabaav, ya zaati masail tanaav, insomnia ki waja bante hain.
