“Tamatar ko chhote tukdon mein kaatain aur kheera aur pyaz ko patli slices mein kaatain. Ek pateli mein, tamatar, kheera, aur pyaz ko milain. Olive oil aur lemon juice mixture par dalain. Namak aur kali mirch dal kar halkay se mix karain. Taza basil ke patton se sajain aur thanda serve karain.”

2. Tomato soup

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Method:

“Olive oil ko ek pateli mein darmiyani aanch par garam karain, aur pyaz aur lehsan ko garm honay tak bhunain. Chop kiye huye tamatar daal kar 5 minute tak pakaain. Sabziyon ka daalain, namak aur kali mirch dal kar 10 minute tak halka ubalain. Hand blender ka istemal karte huye mixture ko smooth hone tak blend karain. Taza hara dhaniya ya basil se sajain aur garam garam serve karain.”

3. Tomato juice

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • ½ cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

“Chop kiye hue tamatar, celery, aur kheera blender mein daalain. Smooth hone tak blend karain aur agar chahain to chhanni se chaan lein. Apple cider vinegar, namak, aur kali mirch apne zaiqa ke mutabiq daalain. Thanda kar ke ya baraf ke saath serve karain.”

Kise tamatar se parhez karna chahiye?

  1. Acid Reflux ya GERD ke mareez:
    Tamatar mein tezaab hota hai, jo acid reflux ya gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) ke symptoms ko barha sakta hai. Tamatar khane se in afrad ko heartburn ya discomfort mehsoos ho sakta hai.

  2. Allergy walay afrad:
    Kuch log tamatar se allergic ho sakte hain, jise itching, soojan, hives, ya saans lenay mein mushkilat ho sakti hai. Agar aapko tamatar se allergy ka shak ho, to in se parhez karein aur doctor se mashwara karein.
