Obesity problem starts when a person has too much body fat which can lead to health problems. This usually determined by measuring a person’s body mass index (BMI), which is calculated based on their weight and height. A BMI of 30 or above is considered obese.

To prevent obesity:

- Manage stress: Stress can lead to emotional eating, which can contribute to weight gain. Practice stress management techniques such as yoga, meditation, or deep breathing to help manage stress.
